Terrible's Hotel and Casino featured a Western-themed atmosphere, with the exterior resembling an old-fashioned saloon. It had a casino, restaurants, bars, and a small hotel with 330 rooms. The casino offered various table games, slot machines, and a sportsbook. In 2013, the property was rebranded as Silver Sevens Hotel and Casino by new owners, Affinity Gaming. The rebranding aimed to give the property a more modern and upscale image. The casino area was renovated, and the hotel rooms received updates as well. Today, Silver Sevens Las Vegas is a popular mid-sized casino and hotel located just off the Las Vegas Strip. It offers over 400 slot machines, table games, a sportsbook, and a bingo hall.
