Casino valet credited with saving man during Reno shooting Sparks Police say the suspect in the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino shooting in Reno has died. Police say 26-year-old Dakota Hawver shot and killed three men and injured three others Monday at the valet area before being shot by officers. Family members of survivor Matthew Sitler say he lived thanks to valet employee Kade Macedo, who quickly jumped in to help.
