La responsable del Servicio Canario de Empleo del Gobierno de Canarias, Soledad Monzón, recalcó durante la entrega de los diplomas la disposición de la institución que dirige a «apoyar los proyectos de formación» que requieran para reforzar su preparación profesional. 90.000 visitas. Un argumento que se sostiene en el hecho de que sólo Gran Canaria recibe cerca de 4 millones de turistas al año. Unos visitantes que contarán desde esta noche con «una nueva oferta de ocio y diversión». Y es que, según sus promotores, «está considerado como el primer complejo de estas características de España». El recinto está ubicado en un edificio anexo al propio Hotel Costa Meloneras y dispone de una superficie de más de 3.000 metros cuadrados, distribuida en dos plantas en las que se encuentran la gran sala de juego con 17 mesas equipadas con pantallas de plasma que van marcando el desarrollo de las jugadas, 100 slot machines y un Mystery Jackpot con premios espectaculares.
