I don’t know if that’s true, but it was obvious that no one was winning anything and that even the dice on the craps was constantly rolling to seven. The hotel itself is nice and the people that work there are very friendly. I would recommend staying in the hotel itself. The location is nice. You can walk around to the district TMobile, which is a little shopping plaza with restaurants.
